Reliable price trends for the Netherlands
Independent research shows that the WOX® is the most reliable house price index for the Dutch housing market. This index accurately tracks the developments of Dutch house prices over time and is also available for smaller areas in the Netherlands.
Every month, ABF Valuation calculates these house price indices for each province, municipality, and neighborhood in the Netherlands. In the CALCASA AVM, the WOX price developments are used to make historical sales prices comparable to the current property values.
