Independent research demonstrates that the WOX® is the most reliable house price index available in the Netherlands. This index accurately tracks the development of Dutch house prices over time and is available for smaller areas in the Netherlands.
Every month, Calcasa calculates these house price indices for each province, municipality, and neighbourhood in the Netherlands. In the Calcasa Automated Valuation Model the WOX is used to update historical sales prices.
